
Dr. Deborah Sinn

Most recently, Deborah (Rambo) Sinn has written a book on music interpretation that will be published by Oxford University Press in 2012. She teaches, performs, and lectures on a regular basis around the U.S.
She has given concerts and master classes on four continents and has taught students from more than 14 countries. From 1996 - 2001 she lived in Hamburg Germany where she played concerts and operated two music studios for coaching and private instruction. Additionally, she played keyboards for over 500 performances of Cats and Phantom of the Opera (Das Phantom der Oper). In 1990 her cello/piano duo was invited by the Chinese government to give concerts and master classes in four major cities.
She holds a Doctorate and a Masters degree from Indiana University where she studied with Menahem Pressler (Beaux Arts Trio) and James Tocco. Her bachelor degree in music is from Florida State University. Before moving to Germany, she served on the music faculty at Angelo State University and taught as an exchange professor at Universität Lunebürg in Germany.
Dr. Sinn offers lessons and group instruction Mondays through Thursdays.
Dr. Sinn is a nationally certified teacher of music through Music Teachers National Association.
